The short version
Taslo stores your plans locally and syncs them through Apple’s iCloud. The app has no advertising, third-party analytics or third-party crash-reporting SDKs. We do not sell your personal data or use your tasks to target ads.
1. Who we are
This policy covers the Taslo productivity app for iPhone, iPad and Mac, taslo.app, and support communications. The developer and controller for personal information we handle is:
Shabanov Denis, IERegistration number: 20330437
N. Tigranyan St. 27, Arabkir, Yerevan 0012, Armenia
hi@dashabanov.com

2. Information used by the app
Your plans
Tasks, projects, habits, completion history, focus sessions and related settings are used to provide planning, reminders and in-app insights. Planning data is stored on your device and synced using Apple CloudKit when iCloud is available. Taslo does not use a separate developer-operated server to store your plans.
iCloud
Sync uses the Apple Account configured on your device. Apple processes the information needed to operate iCloud under its own terms and privacy policy. Taslo does not ask for your Apple Account password.
Calendar access
If you grant calendar permission, Taslo reads event information, including titles, dates, times and calendar identifiers, to show your existing commitments alongside tasks. Imported calendar information can become part of your stored and synced planning data. Taslo does not edit your original calendar events. You can revoke permission in your device’s privacy settings; this does not necessarily remove information already imported.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Apple’s notification services are used to deliver app reminders. You can change notification permissions in system settings. Reminder content may be visible on your lock screen depending on your settings.
Purchases
Apple handles payments. Taslo uses StoreKit transaction and subscription status information to unlock and restore Pro. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple may provide sales reports and diagnostics through its developer services, subject to Apple’s policies and your device settings.
3. Support & this website
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request and investigate problems. Please share only what is needed.
The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Interactive demo inputs stay in your browser’s page memory and are not submitted to us. Links to email open your email application; no message is sent automatically.
Delivering a website requires processing connection information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information. Hosting services may keep technical logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The hosting provider and its logging arrangements will be specified before this site’s public launch.
4. Why information is processed
We use information to provide the functions you request, verify Pro access, respond to support requests, keep services reliable and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, the relevant bases are performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in providing support and maintaining security, and compliance with legal obligations. Where processing requires consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Device permissions remain under your control.
5. Services & disclosures
The app’s cloud and purchase services are provided by Apple. Email providers process support correspondence, and a hosting provider will deliver the public website. We do not share planning content with advertising networks or data brokers.
Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Apple explains its international processing and safeguards in its own policy; any arrangements for our website will be reviewed before launch.
6. Storage, retention & deletion
Planning information remains on your devices and in iCloud until you delete it or app cleanup settings remove it. Sync, recovery and backup copies may take additional time to reflect deletion. Removing Taslo from a device does not necessarily remove its iCloud data or cancel a subscription.
You can edit or delete content in the app and manage iCloud storage through Apple’s settings. Contact us if you need help with a complete removal. We cannot erase copies on your devices by receiving an email.
We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements, then delete it. Apple manages retention of its payment and service records under its own policies.
7. Your choices & rights
You can manage calendar and notification permissions, iCloud access and Apple diagnostic sharing in system settings. Turning off sync may leave previously synced data in iCloud.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where applicable. Email hi@dashabanov.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity using information proportionate to the request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
For data held only on your device or in your iCloud, we can guide you through available controls rather than retrieve it from a Taslo support database.
8. Security
Taslo relies on Apple’s device storage and iCloud security mechanisms. Protecting your devices and Apple Account helps protect your plans. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Taslo is a general-purpose productivity app. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through support or this website without any consent required by law. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, contact us.
10. Changes & contact
We will update this page and its date when our practices change. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or in the app as appropriate.
