another task.”
“I missed a day.
Now I’m behind.”

Before you get started
If long lists overwhelm you or planning starts to feel like another job, Taslo is designed with that in mind. Its simple, action-first approach also considers ADHD-related planning challenges.
It considers your active focus session, a task you recently worked on, and your schedule. When there’s no immediate context, it suggests a task or habit. You always choose what to do.
Unfinished tasks move to “If there’s time.” Automatic cleanup is enabled by default and can remove older tasks from that section. You can turn it off or change the cleanup schedule in Settings.
Come back with today’s habit. Missed days don’t turn into a backlog, and your previous completions stay in your history. The current streak counts consecutive days, so it may restart after a missed day.
No. Calendar integration is read-only. You can see events beside your tasks without changing the original event from Taslo.
Taslo stores your planning data locally on each device and syncs updates securely through your iCloud. Use the same Apple Account on your iPhone, iPad and Mac with iCloud enabled for Taslo. You can plan offline; updates sync when you’re connected.
Pro adds the focus timer, habits and habit history, the visual day schedule, and time and task analytics. It costs US$4.99 monthly or US$34.99 yearly. The free planner includes tasks, projects, next-step suggestions, Apple Calendar events and iCloud sync.
An iPhone, iPad or Mac. A short onboarding helps you get started. You can dismiss the Pro offer and use the free planner. Core planning works offline. Sign in to the same Apple Account on your devices and enable iCloud for Taslo to keep your plans in sync.
